The SR-15 E3 MOD 2’s 11.5” chrome lined, 5.56mm NATO barrel is manufactured to military specifications. An improved E3 round-lug bolt design both enhances function and increases bolt life far beyond the industry standard. An ambidextrous bolt release, selector, and magazine release offer left-handed users the ergonomic advantages inherent to AR15-based controls. The drop-in two-stage trigger serves double duty as an aid to precision marksmanship while enabling surgical speed shooting at close range. The 5.56mm 3-Prong Flash Eliminator interferes with propellant gas combustion forward of the muzzle to significantly reduce flash signature, will not ring upon firing or when struck, and is compatible with the KAC line of 5.56mm QDC Signature Reduction Device.

Details
The patented LMT Monolithic Rail Platform, MRP™ upper receiver. The receiver and handguard are made from a single piece of aerospace grade aluminum. The barrel is held in place with a proprietary locking system that utilizes two locking bolts accessible from the right side of the receiver. The only tool needed is a standard T-30 Torx bit to tighten the bolts. This receiver requires the patented LMT monolithic barrel assembly which has a low profile gas block with straight gas tube.
The MRP-H MLOK 12.5 monolithic upper receiver for large caliber rifle platforms. Created with M-LOK compatible attachment points on all 7 sides. Utilizes two locking lugs to secure/remove any larger caliber LMT barrel. This includes: 7.62×51 NATO, .243 Winchester, .260 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm-08 Remington, and .338 Federal. Barrel not included.
